I give a particular care to each piece to ensure that they reflect the image, idea, or sketche providded by a customer.  

The knife should be an elegant object, useful, functional but also valuable to the eyes of the person who owns it. It can be made of materials with a history, or a shape recalling memories of our childhood.

That's why I put 15 years before becoming professional this exciting business but also rigorous in the diversity of materials to work with. I also went through several trainings with a cutler recognized for his mastery of damask in the person of Christian Avakian. I honed my skills in CAD specific to cutlery to reproduce the shapes and the mechanism (linerlock) and thus resemble with the initial sketch.
